KAFT Coaching, opened its doors to the public 2021, mainly doing 1:1 Consulting. When Coach Karen realized the huge need in the community she decided to open a school to train more Coaches. In February of 2022, KAFT Coaching opened as the first franchise of CIDHI School. In March of 2024, it became a private independent academy, taking the name of KAFT COACHING POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY.
This academy teaches the INACEC coaching model. INACE is a well recognized Coaching Institute in Mexico. They offered a very unique model with smart tools that make the practicing of Coaching very manageable. KAFT Coaching Potential Development Academy continues growing and offering different specializations for the continuous education of professional coaches.
